1. Eligibility & Acceptance

2. Products & Availability

RogueWave products are created for offshore professionals and supporters of the offshore lifestyle and culture.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or remove any product at any time without prior notice.

We make every effort to display our products and colours accurately. However, due to differences in device screens and display settings, the colours you see may vary slightly from the actual product.

3. Made-to-Order Products

Many RogueWave products are produced to order.

By purchasing made-to-order products, you acknowledge that:

  • Production begins shortly after your order is placed.
  • Order processing and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Slight variations in print placement, colour, or finish may occur as part of the manufacturing process.

These variations do not constitute faults.

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete.
  • You are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
  • Payment must be received in full before your order enters production.

RogueWave reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order where fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or other legitimate concerns arise.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.

5. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are shown in the applicable currency and include any taxes where legally required.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already placed and paid for.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times provided on our website are estimates only.

While we work hard to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, RogueWave cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs clearance
  • Weather conditions
  • Industrial action
  • Events outside our reasonable control

  • The ROGUEWAVE name
  • The Trident logo
  • Product names and designs
  • Images, photography, graphics, and written content

is the intellectual property of RogueWave and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
