RogueWave Returns & Refunds Policy

At RogueWave, we take pride in creating premium clothing for offshore professionals. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help.

Returning an Item

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing:

info@roguewave.uk

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • Whether you would prefer a replacement or refund (where applicable)

Please do not send items back without contacting us first and include the above requested information.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Be unworn and unwashed
  • Be in their original condition
  • Have all original tags attached

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or replacement for items that have been worn, washed, damaged after delivery, returned without their original tags attached, or returned outside of the 14 days dispatch timeframe.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@roguewave.uk as soon as possible with details and photographs where possible.

You may choose between:

  • A replacement item
  • A full refund

We will cover any reasonable return postage costs for faulty or damaged products.


Incorrect Item or Size Received

If we have sent you the wrong item or an incorrect size, please contact us at info@roguewave.uk. and highlight the issue:

  • Wrong size from what was ordered
  • Incorrect item received from what was ordered

You may choose between:

  • A replacement item
  • A full refund

We will cover the return postage costs where the error is ours.


Change of Mind / Incorrect Size Ordered

If you have ordered the wrong size or simply changed your mind, you may return the item provided it meets our return conditions.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as RogueWave cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Processing

Once we have received your returned item, it will be inspected as per the return criteria. 

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund. 

We will notify you via email once the above process has taken place.


Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.
